and at least one sat in the bus shelter distracting me

THEN WHAT IS THAT DISTRACTING ME OUT OF MY LINE OF SIGHT
ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD

!! AND SET AT 23 MPH TOO TO CONTINUE DISTRACTING !!
!! EVERY DRIVER!!

AS I NEGOTIATE THIS BEND AND JUNCTION
around which a pedestrian might be thinking of crossing the road
